We would like to take this opportunity to share the great experience that our family had with Barzelatto Group in professionally finishing our basement.  We could not be more thrilled with the finished product and look forward to many years of enjoying our basement.  We were initially drawn to Barzelatto Group through Brett’s ability to provide us with a really impressive 3D computer model of his proposal.  Not only did this 3D model allow our project to come to life, but it brought great comfort in knowing that we were all on the same page of communicated ideas.  Brett’s innovative ideals on how to best utilize our space made for a PERFECT finished product that we are thrilled with and it is beyond functional.  Of initial concern when we started this project was for family privacy, as we had a one-week old newborn baby at the time the project started. Brett went above and beyond in not only ensuring our privacy (by utilizing alternative entrances), but also implemented measures to minimize dust/sound impact on the main part of the house.  Often times during this short project, we were not even sure if anyone was working in the basement or not.  Additionally, Barzelatto group showed great flexibility in scheduling “rest days and non-work hours” around our schedule. All crew-members throughout the entire project were nothing less than true professionals, took our input into consideration, and always maintained clear and concise communication about what we could expect next.  This was beyond comforting.  Not only was the project completed ahead of schedule but it was on budget.
